Under the leadership of Clinical Lead Physiotherapist Alison Dudbridge, Montagu Physio Clinic has built a reputation for tackling complex health issues with a focus on meaningful patient outcomes. The clinic's journey has been marked by several milestones, including reaching the finals of the Hunts Post Business Awards in 2019 in the small business category. This recognition underscores the clinic's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Innovation has also played a key role in the clinic's success. In 2021, Montagu Physio Clinic introduced Foot Scan technology to enhance its diagnostic capabilities and treatment precision. This addition reflects the clinic's dedication to adopting cutting-edge tools to better serve its patients.

Montagu Physio Clinic's team has grown over the years. recently welcoming Alessio Russo, who completed a clinical placement in November 2022 while studying for his Master's in Sports Therapy. Now a fully qualified member of the team, Russo's journey from student to professional highlights the clinic's role in fostering new talent.

The clinic's future looks bright as it plans to expand its team further by recruiting another full-time physiotherapist. This addition will allow the clinic to offer more flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, making it easier for patients to access care.

A cornerstone of the clinic's philosophy is its ongoing Mentorship Program with ProSport Therapy Team, led by renowned therapist Dave O'Sullivan.
