Nykki Rogers
Economic Development Manager Nykki leads the economic development service for the Council and brings 30 years of public and private sector experience. Previously, she led the Department for International Trade’s inward investment activity for Life Sciences and Healthcare for 10 years where she supported hundreds of businesses to invest in the UK. Nykki has worked in start-ups, venture capital and multi-nationals in sectors such as automotive, technology, digital and biotech. In her spare time, Nykki will be in the garden, creating new spaces to enjoy and taking her children fossil hunting on the Jurassic Coast.
Nikki Burton
Economic Business Development Officer Nikki has a wealth of connections across the Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire area having supported businesses with growth strategies and people development over the last three years. Being able to utilise her strong knowledge of the skills landscape that she has built within the apprenticeship and training arena from the past 10 years. Nikki has worked with a variety of businesses including sectors such as healthcare, manufacturing and engineering, digital and agri-tech and business services. When Nikki isn’t working, she enjoys weekend adventures across the UK and travelling.
David Gibbons
Business Support Administrator David plays a pivotal role in keeping the team organised. He maintains the Invest in Huntingdonshire content and social platforms to ensure recent news and upcoming events are visible to our stakeholders. Alongside his digital tasks, David often supports the team with their research, analysis and ad hoc administrative duties. When he is out of the office, David enjoys photography and is also on the committee of his local football club.

Made in Huntingdonshire: Glebe Farm

Glebe Farm is currently the only farm in the UK growing and processing gluten-free oats into porridge flakes, oat flour and their award-winning oat drink range, PureOaty. Run by brother and sister team Rebecca and Philip Rayner, the specialist farm situated in Kings Ripton, just outside Huntingdon, is the premier grower and miller of gluten-free oats throughout Europe. Supplying customers and manufacturers around the world, their field, to farm, to food processes are both meticulously strict, and environmentally conscious.
