Invest in Huntingdonshire Help Local Businesses Cross the Finish Line
Invest in Huntingdonshire is thrilled to announce its recent visit to Huntingdon Racecourse to mark the installation of our new advertising hoarding as part of the racecourse’s exciting corporate membership programme, The 20 Club.
As we scale our presence, our mission is to put on the map for investment. This partnership will also see the Invest in Huntingdonshire brand appear across The Racecourse’s social media and website, on Race Card’s and on screens throughout the venue – meaning that you’ll start seeing us on televised race days. As a founding member of The 20 Club, we’re proud to support local enterprise and our important racing asset in the heart of Huntingdonshire with this prestigious new initiative from The Jockey Club.
Huntingdon Racecourse offers so much more than the 18 annual thrilling race meets, already making them one of the busiest courses on the circuit. Its extensive grounds are home to a variety of community activities and partnerships. Including Huntingdon Rugby Club and a local fishing club. It also plays a vital role in preserving local wildlife with their lake being host to a protected species of orchid. Beyond the sport, the venue is a hub for community events, including their upcoming Firework Display on October 26th, as well as car boot sales, a beer festival, corporate and private event hire, and much more.
During our tour with Daniel Craggs, General Manager at Huntingdon Racecourse, the Invest in Huntingdonshire team was impressed by the extensive flood-proofing and flood-resilience improvements, alongside new stables, and exciting future projects, all aimed at bolstering the local community. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jevony Hall, Sales Executive at Huntingdon Racecourse, whose support has been instrumental in bringing this partnership to life.
